

Pass the DOT’s physical exam and drug screen.Must request a copy of all applicable driving records from the State(s) Department of Motor Vehicles.Valid driver’s license from the state you reside in.(18-20-year-old applicants may enroll in individual counseling.) Your Napier Admissions Representative will be able to discuss all requirements, explain the program in detail, and discuss job opportunities.

To enroll in any of our CDL programs, applicants must meet minimum truck driver qualifications and requirements. Classes are customizable and require a 3-day minimum schedule. Students must have a Class A License and recent driving experience to enroll. In addition, Napier graduates who have recently completed either of our full CDL programs may qualify for enrollment in our refresher course for additional training. This short course allows drivers to brush up on their driving skills in order to return to a trucking career. The CDL Refresher course is designed for drivers with a valid Class A CDL and recent driving experience. Classes are held Saturday & Sunday for 10 weeks. No previous knowledge is required to enroll in this course.

Experienced instructors prepare students for entry-level truck driving careers both over-the-road (OTR) and locally. Our weekend CDL training course is a great option for students looking for a full CDL training program on a part-time schedule. Classes are held Monday-Friday for 5 weeks. This training program is designed for those who have no prior experience or training as a truck driver. Students work with our experienced instructors to develop the skills required to pass the state CDL skills test. The full-time, 5-week Class A training course prepares students for truck driving careers in both over-the-road (OTR) and local driving jobs.
